Last night, our Board of Education passed the recommended salary schedule presented at the previous meeting. This is exciting news for Webster County Schools and represents our most aggressive salary schedule ever! Here are some highlights from last night's board meeting:
- Classified salary schedule increased by 3% and was restructured to earn increases more frequently
- Certified salary schedule increased by 5%
- the 3rd year in a row for meaningful raises for our staff!

The Board of Education also voted to allow the proposed bond project to renovate the track at WCHS, remove the old lights and replace them with a modern lighting system, and provide for smaller roof and HVAC projects. Every campus will benefit from this bond project. This represents a big step forward for the facilities in our district!
