About POP
Prevention Outreach Project (POP)
The POP project will provide education, prevention, and support for students in grades 4-6 in all Webster County elementary schools through a summer outreach camp and an afterschool Prevention Outreach Program (POP). Students will be provided with life skills, evidence-based substance prevention/education, and character education to build individual protective factors.
Program Structure
- Grade Levels: 4th – 6th
- Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM, one day per week
- Location: Clay, Dixon, Providence, & Sebree Elementary Schools

- To reduce adverse childhood experiences for drug-endangered children while strengthening their protective factors
